I highly recommend him if you are looking to purchase a home in WNC. We were very lucky to have found him. Real estate transactions are not always easy and you want someone who knows how to handle and get through the tense, disagreeable issues that can arise. His timely communication is outstanding and he works super hard to make the deal happen in order to reach a successful closing. Tom gave us full tours around neighborhoods he knew we would like after we told him what we were looking for. It was very nice to have this, as most realtors will just unlock a front door for you. He was our personal tour guide and shared so much information with us as we viewed these areas for the first time. He shared our excitement for the neighborhoods we were seeing, which made it an enjoyable, exciting experience overall. He does not forget about you the day your property closes either. He followed up with us the day we arrived at the property after closing to confirm we made it ok and to check if we needed anything.
