Tom is a great realtor! I highly recommend him if you are looking to purchase a home in WNC. We were very lucky to have found him. Real estate transactions are not always easy and you want someone who knows how to handle and get through the tense, disagreeable issues that can arise. His timely communication is outstanding and he works super hard to make the deal happen in order to reach a successful closing. Tom gave us full tours around neighborhoods he knew we would like after we told him what we were looking for. It was very nice to have this, as most realtors will just unlock a front door for you.
